Life is truly about being fully immersed in the moment. That single fleeting moment of time.

I await your videos with trepidation every week! Could you do some on meditation techniques at some point like Mahasi noting or Mahamudra pointing?

I am interested in the content but unfortunately because of the overuse of large language models I'm going to need to hide this channel from appearing on my feed. If you ever decide to move away from that please send me a message here and I will make sure to return to this channel.

Recently I've been doing this thing where I try to accept everything in the present moment as much as I can while trying not to act on any of them and just let myself feel the strong burning desires inside of me accepting them but not acting on them. Is there a name for what I'm trying to do here?

One interesting thing I've also been trying to do is to use acceptance instead of willpower to help me make myself do things I don't want to do. And I'm just curious of what I'm doing has a name and if there was any ways I can do it better or apply the same principle in a different way.

I believe I should re-listen to this message. I sensed these same happenings in my meditation. Tried "No Mind" but I could hear and see. So I tried just to hear and to see as it happened and then tried catching my mind when my mind wanted to report what I saw. Not sure that explains what I mean. But for me in those moments it meant much...

It is Buddhist hybrid Sanskrit, a modified Pali language. This was not classical Sanskrit. Mahayana Buddhist scriptures were composed in Buddhist hybrid Sanskrit. This may be noted
