I have been having all the symstoms you described since decades. Fifteen years ago diagnosed having sciatica caused by herniated disc, canal stenosis and scoliosis. Back pain spreading into my right foot, neck pain, jaw pain, My right foot getting weak and weaker...as well as my entire muscle. Seven years ago I started to experience blurry vision, balance disorder, light headed, palpitation, agoraphobia, stomach bloating, chest pains then after tens of tests which they didn't find anything I was diagnosed as having General Anxiety disorder. In these last 15 years not even a day passed by by not feeling pain in some parts or sometimes in entire body, extremely exhausted. I am suspicious that actually I suffer from fibromyalgia. I am happy to find your chanel, it brings me hope. I will try to do my better effort to find cure. Many thanks.

Hi Kemangi. Thanks for your comment and I'm sorry to hear you been through all that. Read the works of Doctor John Sarno 'Healing Back Pain' and 'The Mindbody Presciption' Also there's a documentary you can find on Amazon called 'All the rage' the shows people that healed from these conditions. We also could have a chat so I can see what I can help you with. You can reach out on my social media or even phone call. Cheers.

@@theprogressjourney6249 You're so kind. A lot of thanks for your willingness to help. Yes I will be in contact with you and read those books as well as keep working on finding out what it is about and hopefully one day it will get healed. At the moment I am feeling heavily staggering (the symptom which I hate the most. It robs of my confidence in myself and creates anxiety).

I'm so glad I've found this channel. I'm a guy and was diagnosed 2 years ago when I was 47 years old... always fairly active and healthy before... Now it's living hell. Apart from full body muscle pain I have many bouts of fatigue throughout the day. Poor sleep. IBS, burning skin, headaches, sensitivity to light and noise and lots of dizziness. My doctor just gives me Cymbalta but it does very little. I am going to try your approach Felipe. I feel there is hope now. Thank you :)

Try to feel safe. Remind yourself you're safe and not in danger. Learn how to calm down the anxiety and breathing. Read Healing back pain by Dr John Sarno and maybe some books such as The Power of Now could help. Wishing all the best 🙌

You nailed it!!!!! That’s exactly how I have felt with Fibromyalgia for over 20 years. It started when I had undiagnosed Lyme disease and it went toStage 3. I was finally diagnosed and treated but theFibromyalgia stuck. Thank you for your video.

It's important to exercise and do some inner work. Getting help from a therapist and a coach could be quite helpful

I have fibromyalgia since 2019 my English is not good but l want to tell you that you are right when you ignore the pain you forget it that why it’s better to occupy yourself with anything you love, also try to take some supplements like 5-http and GABA , l took these two to three times a day specially before bed time , and Melatonin for sleep and take warm shower everyday it’s better than anything, believe me. 😊 👍
