I once called off the day before, I was going on vacation. I went downtown & when I had to use the bathroom, I went to my job. I then started talking to one of my friends in security which is at the employee entrance. Shortly after that, my supervisor was getting off & saw me. He was like, didn’t you call off today? I looked at him & said “ I said I wasn’t going to be there, I didn’t say I was sick”! All he could do was laugh. That was years ago, & yes, I still work there.😂🤣😂🤣

Ashley the doctor is right. I didn’t start losing weight until I found out the correct deficit to eat in and eat very clean. I fasted for 18 hours and ate in 6 hours. However I ate enough calories in the 6 hours. I lost 60 lbs in 2 months because I was overweight. Only time I didn’t feel hungry or havie cravings all the time because I ate enough food and enough protein. Limited salt , no processed sugars or foods. Every other weekend I’d have a cheat day but still fast and limited quantity.

Ash you need to have 3-6 meals so that your metabolism will activate. If your body knows your eating it won’t store fat it will start to get rig of what you don’t need. When you work out on one meal your body thinks your starving and it will want to store what you ate that date. When you eat multiple time then workout your body will breakdown what you ate then when it’s done it will eat at the stored fat

Her poor 9 year old seeing a of it happen amd going through all of that. Hopefully she has other family members that can surround her with love and support ♥️🙏🏽. Spiritual and religious psychosis is really dangerous, especially when people become obsessed with things and conspiracies. I'm so very excited about the Missy Elliott, Ciara, and Busta Rhymes tour!!! Hopefully, can get tickets for it. That's wonderful your cardio is great! Protein shakes will help with getting more protein. Eating throughout the day is kind of hard, especially when you aren't hungry..
