also here’s some tips for online classes: -don’t do homework on your bed bc your brain thinks that it’s time to rest -before you start your homework take a moment to read a few pages of something unrelated to your class, this gets your brain working and ready to do work -whenever you finish something for one class and you have time start work for another class, the more you clump work together the more you give yourself time to hang out on other days

I can relate i do my school work on my couch and watch tv at the same time. I am going to say this once don't do it i sucked in to the tv. Also my school has been closed for a month. I know its weird i miss actually going to school and seeing my friends and i even miss my teachers. I am in 5th grade and me and friends we hate school and we all miss each other but we miss going to school more because we miss the socialness and talking to people that we like and not going to school we have nothing to do we all need to talk to to people every once in a while. That is why u should get ur friends email then downlode google hangouts u can face time , call,text, and have a group chat it is awsome evan me and my dad do it so that when he is on work tripswe can still see each other and talk to each other! I have onlyhad it for 2 weeks andni love it

I also go to asu and I was so devastated that we’re online for the full semester because I specially picked in person classes because I learn better with peers like you said and I also struggle being on my phone during the live zoom classes so ur not alone lmao 😂

Here in Spain we have been at home for more than a week (for me as a teacher since march 11th) and watching KZbin really helped me clear my mind. Don’t apologize for being negative, there’s so much uncertainty right now it is normal to feel like that! I’ve been struggling with it too... although now authorities in my country said no physical clases until mid April, it’s pretty obvious it going to go until May, probably more... Also, many times I get distracted with my phone too so I try to leave it face-down somewhere I don’t see it (with the sound off of course) so that my mind won’t start branching off with something phone-wise hahaha I hope you did/will do well in your tests! I have an app on my phone called forest where you can put it on deep focus mode (let me explain the app you set a timer for however long you want to not be on your phone and basically if you have it on deep focus mode and you get on another app you kill your tree) and it has honestly saved my life this year! If you are scared that you need to do something with your phone (like watch for a call) you can turn off deep focus mode!

4:18 Yep, I agree. As a junior in highschool, ap test were moved up and I am frantically studying for them. The problem you ask? I have two other non-AP classes and have to figure out when to do the online work for them when I have less than two weeks to study for my three exams. Fml every AP kid. Srry but I agree with you.

I totally feel and struggle with doing classes online rather than in person. I'm such a hands-on in person type person. And my online classes start today. I'm gonna try and stay on schedule to when I would actually go to that class, and keep the same routine, and hopefully all will go well.

I honestly feel the exact same way being a junior in college i know i learn best during in person classes and it is a huge learning curve even for the professors as well. Trust me you are not alone but if i had to say one thing in this comment that would be to stick to your old schedule as much as possible. For my major I can’t even do online classes so my teachers are probably going to just cancel the classes all together. When I was taking all my general Ed classes I took the most of them online and I liked it but I know that some people can’t learn that way so it could be really hard.
