it is based on her perceiving or seeing fractals/patterns as she mentioned. And so she perceives the state of the person way deeper (the state of specific organs and such) than just seeing the general aura colors and a general state of the person. And probably because she is aware of each issue she is aware of what sound and movement would move it out or aid it in some way. That's why the process looks so random, because each area of the body has it's own unique need that she's addressing.

Balling my eyes watching because this is what my soul craves. I would love to be able to open up for receiving love but it’s hard in this city and it’s also hard finding your people. I feel alone but I appreciate this with my whole heart from a far because this is so beautiful and authentic. Makes me so happy that people are experiencing this. When I was in my 20’s I live in a community like this back in L.A. I totally recommend young people to surround your self with this type of experience as it does open your ability to accept life and other humans. I’m now older and love living alone, but sometimes I miss my weirdos.

I was apart of a coliving for a year and it was honestly one of the best experiences that I ever had the opportunity to be a part of. I still remember the random dinners we had, the random hang out nights, campfires in the backyard, and overall sense of community. I miss it very much. So looking back on the experience while I look on it with immense fondness, I also experience a lot of hurt and regret. I had been searching for so long for something like that for years and when I finally found it and was in a place to go for it I did. I was struggling with major depression and so even though I was getting a lot of love and connection, I wasn't in a place to actually receive it due to self sabotage and fear of rejection. I still talk to those former roommates occasionally, but it isn't the same. I want to try this again when I am in a more healed place.

I've been involved in counterculture in many different ways - witchcraft, festivals of all kinds, art, etc - and it has been my lifestyle for so long...I so deeply appreciate you presenting these things with an open heart and mind in a way that is not harmful and is really welcoming for all people to consider. I just want to say, even if you do live alone, you're married, or literally anything, this happiness is always feasible, happiness is inside of you too. As a mom of three kids, 2 being toddlers, I had a lot of very difficult times, but honestly through meditation, affirmations, reiki and energy work, our family is happier and more spiritual than ever. 🥰 It all exists within you! I used to live in a hippie commune at age 17! It was an old Victorian house with a beautiful wrap around porch and we would just sip mushroom tea and play music in a circle. It was one of the best times of my life! There was forest in the back yard so we could wonder. We had a separate house for bands to come and play after parties after playing down town olympia. Very beautiful video, Sky. You’re definitely not in a cult, but have a great group of flat mates that are also your friends and on the same wavelength. Having the opportunity I’d love to come to your Friday events, however I can’t imagine living like this 24/7 with all of you, regardless how awesome you all are.
