This Witch Uses Magic To Manifest Her Desires

Mia Magik is a modern-day, manifesting witch who says she has used magic and witchcraft to manifest all sorts of things in her life, including a successful business, a beautiful house, her car, and a hot boyfriend.
Last Halloween, I started exploring witchcraft and made a video called, “I Learned Witchcraft From Real Witches.” This spooky season, I have even more of a desire and curiosity to explore this topic.
I met Mia Magik through the spiritual community in Los Angeles, and have always been drawn to her and her magnetic energy. She is beautiful, successful, and super confident. I knew I would probably learn a lot from her, and I could definitely use some help “manifesting.” So I headed into the mountains of Topanga, California to spend the day with Mia Magik and see how she lives her life.

I see a huge difference between 'forcing' and 'releasing' tears - crying openly (even with good reason) is challenging for many men, especially those who grew up in macho environments or shaming families. Releasing tears is about creating safe conditions to relax the armour around our throats, but 'forcing' tears is a very masculine approach... and you're right, it doesn't work at all.

Anyone who doubts that there is no magic has never looked at the trees in the fall, or noticed how the silent dormancy of winter suddenly comes to life in the spring when the birds begin to sing or how a tiny seed turns into a beautiful flower, vegetable or a new tree. When you really take the time to start seeing everything we have around us, it's hard not to understand that there must be magic on this earth. "Women need each other like this." I honestly cried when I saw this. I still struggle with this whole "magic" thing and what it means for my life, but I LOVE the way witchcraft is about celebrating the divine feminine and the divine masculine, and (as a cis woman) choosing to embrace the power of femininity that has been blocked in me almost my entire life. One of the reasons I felt blocked in connecting to my femininity is because I was always told embracing sisterhood and feminine power meant hating men, and I didn't want to do that. I love the idea of feeling my power as a woman, connecting with other women, without being adversarial toward men as a group, (and vice versa for men) and I feel like this is not present many places besides some witchcraft circles. Thank you for sharing your experience and introducing Mia Magik! This is what I needed right now and didn't realize it. I know you're going to get a lot of dirtbags making lewd comments about sex magic, and I want to say, this is how you do sex positivity in relation to witchcraft - it's a big part of some people's practice that they might not feel able to discuss, but we're going to talk about it anyway in a supportive space, and not just focus on it to be salacious and get views.

What I like about her is that Mia is a modern witch, but unlike other new age witches, she embraces balance, but she completely specializes in manifestation. Some witches do things that are more Instagram worthy. This girl is more than that. Edit: Omg!!!! I commented this midway through the video. This woman has a lot of wisdom. A lot of women need this. As a male witch myself, I felt like men haven't been as prevalent, since a lot of witches are women, and I sort of had a little bit of resentment towards them because of this. I also admit that I was thinking wtf when the sex magick ritual was happening. I now see the importance of it, and it's unfortunate that I had to see Sky cry like that to get the message. I was actually wondering if Mia was going to be a stereotype, but she has so much wisdom. It has been women who have been oppressed, and I forgot about that. Respect to these strong women. ✊

One year ago I met up with some fellow entrepreneurs in Maui and being able to spend 4 days with these girls who weren't afraid to be themselves was so transformative. we were all so supportive of each other even though we had just met. Just being surrounded by that beautiful feminine energy changed my perspectives on female relationships and I realised how important they are. This made me think about a short section in Ylva Mara Radziszewski's book A Practical Guide for Witches that says something along the lines of "maybe you manifested it, maybe it's your privilege." It talks about how although manifestation can be powerful your privilege can be a big factor in the ease in which you can make something happen. Just something to consider.

Since I've been manifesting and giving blessings to the full moon it has completely stopped painful cramps, put my cycle with the full moon, and has regulated my happiness and need for independence so much! i broke my ankle in 2017 & am still in pain today.. i find that i’m still angry about it because i can barely do anything. i cant walk far, my ankle is still crooked, i’m no longer “independent” like i use to be. Braking my ankle in an accident really made me lose myself. i stopped meditating, making sure my space is at peace.. anyways these last few months i have stopped feeling sorry for myself. I have gotten back into connecting to my spiritual self & im so happy because i was in a dark place... im still in pain, still dependent because of my injury, but im learning to accept everything & takings it day by day to be strong & not let my physical limitations fustrate/over rule me.. your videos make me want to continue to dig deeper & deeper within myself. thank you.
