What are the major differences between North and South Austin?

Hi Mariko! Most of the tech companies are in North Austin while South Austin has the true Austin vibe (keep Austin weird :)). There are a lot of coffee shops, vintage stores, restaurants etc in South Austin and it’s closer to DT. North Austin has the Domain which is a very popular spot to meet for dinner, drinks, shopping etc.

Hi, I started watching your videos recently because our family is looking into moving to Round Rock TX. Would you happen to know the average cost of electricity? Being that it's always hot and I'm assuming Air Conditioners run 24/7.

Hi Shaneka! I am so glad you found my channel!☺️ Electricity and water bills are very subjective, but I’ll give you ours as an example. We are a family of 4 and our electricity bill during Covid (home all day) has been between $200-250. Let me know how I can help with your move!

Hi there! There are a few areas that flood, but the city as a whole doesn’t flood like Houston for example.
