Exactly. According to Nigerian Obasanjo there is 25 US Dollar Billionaires in NIgeria alone. Also Dangote's networth is way higher than what's on forbes. Bloomberg claims it's 17 Billion but African magazine Ventures Africa claims it's 25 Billion. In 2014, before Naira crash, his networth was 23 Billion on forbes which made him the 23rd richest person in the world.
