What is different between the 910 or 960? What is better and faster?

I have a question for TBM aficionados: Are there any 101-year old Navy or Marine pilots still in good mental condition who flew the F4U Corsair during the 1944-45 timeframe, who were later on given a few minutes of stick time in a TBM single engine turboprop aircraft? Reason I ask is, both the Corsair and the TBM have long noses. So it would be of interest to students of airplanes, to hear from pilots who have flown both.
