As a customer of Penguin I've always be well taken care of.if I've had a concern or special request they have always taken care of it in a kind and quick manner. Most of my purchases are from them and it's because of that. I'm not a creator but have a friend that is and and he says that same thing on how organized and how well you are taken care of and treated. Great video Craig!

I've been to the shop and got to see the studio in Columbus a few weeks ago, right after Crazy Sam was there! Chris opened it just for us on a Sunday on short notice and was truly wonderful to me and my 13 year old son. Great place

Very interesting episode. Would very much be interested in seeing more like this. I bought Lotto and a couple refills, but I found the price for refills to be restrictive. To be honest, I haven’t checked recently what the current price is, but I find myself hoarding the pieces I do have. Not sure if this is part of the reason why Lotto hasn’t done as well as you expected. I like it very much.

Penguin have that 'promise' with a lot of products that states ''If you order within the next 6 hours this product will ship TODAY! Then you order and they sit on it for 2 or 3 days.
