This somehow reminded me of the Decade Dance episodes Vampire Diaries had throughout their run. The costumes and hair were always on point plus when they did the throwback 1920s bar scene when the originals first met Stefan and they were clad in amazing vintage gatsby costume and set designs!

Eric is such an incredible stylish, and fashion designer I just love him. he just know his stuff, Selena, and Blair outfits was so iconic when everyone watch gossip girl in the 2000 it inspired everyone to want wear what they wears it so glamorous 😍❤️ I'm so glad he is back in the gossip girl 2.0 universe.

I think one of the cool things about the GG fashion is that the looks are bits and pieces of things thrown together. The stylist is really what’s makes the look and what makes the GG looks so iconic.

Another Interesting spin on the characters that nobody is clearly thinking about . Julian - it's a cross between Riana Thorpe and Sage. Not Serena! Zoya -. Is like Vanessa/ Jenny, no bs or interest in the UES. Obi - Cater Bazen, rich but wants to go off the grid Not Dan. Luna - Dead ringer for PENELOPE. If you pay attention. Monet - Georgina was a lot more independent than her. Maybe closer to Connie, izz, or Blair

The dresses in the first GG were so over the top that the second one falls flat. The new one is more hnm. Blaire and Serena had the best outfits. Serena wore the outfit that Kate Middleton would wear years later. They got the latest of the latest. I feel like the second GG didn't give him much money or range to get the best outfits. Audrey is slowly getting amazing outfits. I just hope the rest of the cast get more flamboyant outfits like Blair, Serena, Chuck and Jenny did. He is so legendary. He changed an entire era with the og GG outfits. Maybe the lighting in the new one is too dull to focus on the outfits. But he is a genius. He was the breath of the og GG. So many of the shitty plots were overlooked coz of the outfits.
