NC State has one of these in their Wellness and Recreation center for all students, not just athletes. They host different campus dinning staff and local chefs who come in and cook. Students can attend the cooks but they are also recorded and shown on the campus network. It's a good idea and teaching people how to eat healthier is a great idea.

The education kitchen is worth much more in value then even a million dollar a year salary. In my opinion.
