that comes of a surprise to me. I know about the hype about the backyard ultras, but to be honest i don`t get it. I am also confused, having watched your videos for some years, i feel like it is a contradiction to a lot of content of the last year....... so all i can say is good luck, stay healthy

@@RunningAlive maybe i am too old to understand, or my english is not good enough to understand. What i know is, that doing 100 miles in a evenly split 22 hour pace, just to get to the "real start" of a race with no knowledge of the end is unhealthy at best and what i saw in your videos for the last year was the wish to enjoy running and do it in a healthy way.......but yes i probably am Dumbo the elefant, who knows nothing about anything, not even after watching a youtuber for a couple of years and seeing the changes he went through
