Couple years ago, Ive made irl Rush Duel deck styles using old vanilla monsters without using Floodgate, Handtraps, effect negation cards, and Consistency meta cards for a “Blue-Eyes” deck, “Umi” theme deck, and a “Flying Fortress SKY FIRE” (Reactor) deck. I thought it was fun to try against other people I know, but they turned out disliking Rush Duel format. I know there’s Duel Links, but I’m holding out for the TCG cards. Edit: congrats on that DGM pull! I seen the Sevens anime and half of Go Rush anime. I was hyped for seeing some Maximum cards being pulled. They’re like Meklord Emperors anime version where they fill up the monster zones.

the big issue is konami dosnt want full arts in their game, they want the only copy of chase cards to be max rarity, if rush duels really came out it would be more affordable and make the tcg look awful in comparison and might actually die off

@@SaibotSquadx the game is significantly cheaper in the ocg, the tcg changes the rarity of cards based on how good they were in the ocg, remember $70 secret blazing cartisia? was a $10 super in the ocg

@@SaibotSquadxin the ocg you can have the most broken card of a set as a simple rare card and also as a secret or so card so playing meta decks is way easier and cheaper. Their structured decks are also full of meta staples.
