2 million for this is expensive.... It won't cost more than a million at this location.... Go for reputed builders... and u will see the price becomes half...
@NickGarrott Жыл бұрын
The price is listed as 1.75 with the agents. Which is toppy. Looking at the overhead drone shots it looks like a farmer has flipped a field and they've stuck 5 units in around 3 acres. You're paying a premium for the quality of the fit and finish but I do agree that it's easily 500k over a realistic valuation, especially in the current market. It strikes me as a 'luxury covid build' to deal with London refugees from lockdown, but that was a price bubble and non sustainable.
@suzannedavies2480 Жыл бұрын
Yes I was thinking that’s a lot for that and where it is!
@roryhanlon9277 ай бұрын
@@NickGarrott In general you're very unlikely to get a significant land plot with any new build unless it was custom built by the previous owners. In fairness, I imagine the kind of people in the market for luxury new builds in a built up area are less likely to be interested in having to maintain substantial grounds. Not familiar with the area so can't comment on valuation.

This is a beautiful home. Love the exposed wooden frames, gives it a farm house / cabin look. I'd definitely love to live in it.

It's is a beautiful home but you're massively over looked because the the next door is right up next to the wall and can look in to you're garden witch for 2 Mill is something I wouldn't want witch is a real shame as it let's the house down a lot

An endless series of teeny-tiny rooms and the developer cleverly placed the house so that the back yard has zero privacy. Yikes. At least this white elephant (Do the good folk of England use that expression?) has an attached garage…

Is that a cuckoo clock in the hallway? This is cool but too higgledy piggledy for me. 3 separate staircases! Wouldn’t like having to go up and down to get to different bedrooms.
@nickolaskipworth8461 Жыл бұрын
Nice house, too many staircases.
@johnlabus73596 ай бұрын
The layout of this home is disjointed in a way that it shouldn't be for a new build. I can imagine it being necessary for a barn conversion or something like that, but there's no excuse when it's a new build. 3 separate stair cases to 3 different sections of upstairs? Really?

Not a home for me - too much wasted space and low ceilings. And very little storage. For £2 million, I would expect walk in wardrobes! The three staircases aren’t really practical if a family was living there - what would happen in the case of fire? No parental access to the kids. Not much land either…
