Best yet, love that house. Not too over the top in your face looking and full of clutter like some of the London places you show. Lovely and bright minimalist feel, very modern but not cold and soulless. All the facilities that I would need if I ever won the lottery. A big bonus is it’s in the north.

I wish I had that house, it's one of the best I've seen, apart from the castle in Scotland. it minimal and clean, thats what I like. and I like carpets too, plus, I like the quite streets its on too. that is my kind of house.

Funny thing is that massive kitchen with state of art appliances will never be used, maybe apart from dining table as footballers get specifically designed diets for them by the club and get the food delivered to their doors, made in the restaurant by the chef

Impressive property, all the bathrooms are perfect, love the tilling. Ceilings are unusual and mostly attractive. I know it's the style of the house but it is overly white EVERYWHERE and the panelling is OTT. Like the brickwork and roofing and it seems pretty private. You would think, considering the area, you would have at least a double garage for your supercars.

The large shower head is called a 'Drencher' by Aqualisa, (the shower people) which is an appropriate name. Also, it would be useful if you capture the floorplans in a higher photo resolution. Always great presentations guys. :-)

Love these videos and the presenters. But they are obsessed by the word ‘space’. Everywhere is a space. Kitchen space, living space, entry space and so on.
