Great job Fergus 👊 This video is so valuable. Lifting chalk is a must for me too, especially on RDLs and heavy deadlifts in general

I'd recommend having a good training platform like Training Peaks to track and interpret your data

a cheap but worthwhile addition for lifting may be lifting chalk (liquid if your gym doesn't allow regular).

Great video!.. Can you consider creating a video on your lifetime goals regarding hybrid training. Obviously ageing is a bitch, and the downward slope is inevitable when it comes to power output and overall general performance in all aspects of the game! The peak performance timeline will obviously vary between individuals depending on genetics and other factors, however the PRs and incremental improvements at some point must slow before gradually dialling back. I guess either injury or a change in overall desire with at some stage make our unwanted conscious decisions on this…. Anyway, I just was interested to understand if you, on a personal level have lifetime goals or markers you are working towards?? Hope this makes sense. I look forward to your future content brother!.

Really interesting video Fergus, I was just wondering how you wear the Whoop when wearing wrist wraps? Do you use the bicep band? Thanks for the great content each week.

Thanks Fergus, great overview of your kit and options. Do you use swimming goggles with smart displays?

Hey Fergus, I think it’d be interesting if you tried your hand at the ACFT (US Army Combat Fitness Test). After the Extreme of course.. 🤘🏼
