I have this like see through thing in my hair when I pull out a hair sometimes not always but sometimes there is this see through thing it’s small and mostly at the very tip of my hair and it’s see through can you tell me if that’s lice or not

Hi Abraham. What you're describing sounds like the "root bulb" or "root sheath" of your hair. Usually when someone pulls out a hair it kind-of "breaks off" so you don't see the root bulb. But if you pull out your hair in a particular way you can get the "root bulb" of the hair. Typically it is clear and oval and at the very tip of the hair (the part that's next to your head). If you're finding these a lot just "falling off" it can be a sign of hair loss. I think i got lice but i don't want to shave my head what should i do

First, I'd recommending making sure that it is lice indeed. If you're finding lice bugs and lice eggs then it's lice. But, if you're head is just itching and you haven't seen any bugs then the first step is to make sure it's lice and not some other condition. The easiest way to know for sure is to buy a metal lice comb and comb through your hair with it. If you comb out any bugs then its lice. if you shave your head, will you still have lice? im going to go get a buzzcut and will i still have all my lice?

Great question. Lice can live on 1/4 inch of hair or more, so as long as you buzz it shorter than that you will get rid of lice that way.
