The rocking of the "camera" and the constant swaying of the arms etc. on the characters really messed with my head : ( That could be partially down to the fact I'm a bit sleep deprived atm and let me tell you sleep deprivation is torture in and of itself; I couldn't believe the times the narrator said "that probably doesn't sound so bad", all of it sounds absolutely horrific to me and really hypocritical from "the land of the free" and our greatest hope in maintaining the values of the Western world. I really feel for those men trapped in Gitmo, although the majority of them probably did some pretty bad stuff to get there

It all depends on how well you can realize how to control your dreams and know it’s not reality. Every time you walk into a new room or new setting say to yourself ‘is this a dream or is it real’. Keep saying it and making sure you say it religiously a bunch of times a day. You’ll eventually start to ask yourself in your dreams and realize you’re dreaming. Most people wake up at first but can eventually control their dreams or lucid dream.

Because 98% of US Prisons/jails are not run to reform people. They are for-profit enterprises. It's a disgusting corrupted system at this point meant to keep people in the system and coming back to make as much money as possible from them. Only when you look into other countries like Sweden and Scandinavia will you find prison systems that treat the inmates like actual humans, offer them programs to rehabilitate them and genuinely have the lowest re-offense rates.
