Ruhal Ahmed was detained without trial by the US government in the Guantanamo Bay detention camp. He told us about the abuse and torture he experienced, and how he was eventually flown back to the UK in 2004 and released the next day without charges.

Most are just simple soldiers. Some are not terrorists at all. 19 out of 30 left at Guantanamo have not been charged

Every single GUILTY terrorist, enemy of the state, murdering, genocidal, P.O.S. deserves ZERO rights. I 100% support the men, and women whose job it is to get information on terror attacks, in any way possible. Collateral damage is expected in situations that call for extraction of information to save lives. In the same way, it is expected that innocent people are murdered with "suicide bombers" in public places. We can only hope that "innocent" incarcerated people will be found and released. That being said, there should be zero limitations on how information is discovered.

Or any prison in the world? Of course... The people in Gitmo are, or were, affiliated with terrorists. Those people have information or know people that have information that could save thousands of innocent peoples lives. Are you going to tell me that one "man" in Gitmo is more important than the lives of thousands of innocent men, women, or children???
