Settings screen is inside, on the “feelings” tab. If you are feeling unaligned it’s because you have chosen to be unaligned with what is. Chose to be aligned with what is instead of resisting what is. It’s the flip of a switch you literally “feel” when you consciously make the decision to align with what is.

Are we able to enter a simulation with a given role (say a tough life) for the sake of learning tough lessons, but still be fully aware we're in a simulation? ie: is our learning drastically affected dependent on our awareness of it being simulated reality?
