To do a rotation with more pork, use a taunt/vacuum/large AoE while doing the standard rotation.
Some things I omitted in the video because of time concerns:
Pickled Veggies are the only recipe that I do not use the rare proc of. Pickled Veggies' rare proc is a different color than the normal version, so the rare proc counts as 2 pickled veggies when making King of Jungle Hamburgs, unlike Fig Pie and Date Palm Wine, whose rare procs only count as 1. However, Pickled Veggies' rare proc cost s~3x the regular version, and self-use Pickled Veggies is a pretty good craft, so I prefer to sell the rare proc and just make more Pickled Veggies. The rare procs of other submeals are either the same price as the regular version or selling them would make me have to gather more, so I use them all.
If you have at least a TET Loggia Cooks Clothes, a good rule of thumb is to always slow cook (i.e. use the mastery cloth over the silver embroidered) Grilled Scorpion and Freekeh Snake Stew. I recommend this because they are bottlenecked by meats and are processed twice; Grilled Scorpion→Teff Sandwiches→Valencia Meal, instead of once like King of Jungle Hamburg→Valencia Meal. This also applies to Grilled Sausage→Cheese Gratin→Balenos Meal.
The best place to make cooking utensils is O'draxxia. The workshop costs 4CP to access, the storage is by far the cheapest out of all the cities, and you get a free extra worker slot from doing the O'dylitta main quest.
When gathering, I continuously pop pots. If you run out of energy, you should go to town to cook, while constantly popping pots-kama blessing and the villa buff are NOT necessary. The Red Battlefield daily quest also gives 200 energy, which go to the character you accept the rewards from; you can do RBF with your PvP character and get the energy on your gatherer.

So coming from a guru 50 cooking 1850 mastery 2.1 cooking speed with manos cloths and 2k mastery guru 4 gathering player. To be able to make 5billion in valencia meals you will need 29 hours of cooking non stop and 10.35 hours of gathering so check the numbers by your selfs and dont trust some people on youtube that say you will make crazy money. Even if the prices of meals change it will be pretty hard to make 5bill a day with cooking + gathering. And gathering for 5h a day is almost impossible or you would lose alot of money spending it on energy pots. Numbers and profits are constantly changing you need to always check whats giving profit since sometimes theres meals that give 1 bllion silver per hour and in the next day they give negative profit

Yep! This video is pre-lightstones & hunting update so is pretty outdated. In another video, I explain a way to calculate the best lifeskill path via valuing time to find true value of materials, and only by actually making the calculation yourself, for your gear level, for your server, for your time period, can you accurately find the most profitable cook path. In all honesty, I made this video half as an experiment. It's purposefully clickbaity; I wanted to see how many views it would get compared to my other BDO videos, despite containing less useful info. And this video is now by far my most watched video, after KZbin started recommending it heavily about a month ago (after it was already outdated). Experiment conclusion: YT's algo sucks.

I invested in all the Teff and Fig nodes just to level up cooking. Mostly Teff because workers get so many of them from the nodes. But I'm too invested in O'dylitta nodes and meals to do Valencia meals. I also sell all my Teff Bread and Fig Pies at min. price to help out people making Valencia meals. 😁Just wish I could sell more than 5K at a time. I have over 2 million still to sell...

I use all the mats that I would normally use and sell all the rest. The node sheet assumes that I sell everything (hence why you need to put in your family fame/value pack), so the actual profit/day is more, considering that I use some of the materials. I don't sell mats as they come in; that's crazy.

You can put multiple down and/or repair them with the repair tool obtained by exchange utensils at a specific npc.

you can put down as many as you want but when the durability of that utensil is at 0, you either repair it with a repair tool or switch to a new one manually. both methods stop the cooking process.

You would be right if the spreadsheet was calculating gross revenue, but the spreadsheet is calculating the gross revenue minus the opportunity cost of not selling the Val meals I made, so 131mil. The number is 2 years out-of-date, and I don't play BDO actively anymore so I couldn't tell you how much it is now, though. You always have to take into account how much money you are losing when buying the meals or selling the meals (e.g. market price * your tax rate) when calculating net profit. I hope that answers your question!

Is this doable on xbox? Seems like the consensus on console is that life skilling is trash money, especially for the time invested. I know nothing about life skilling, because I've avoided it like the plague for the reason above, but heck if I could make even 2 or 3 bill a day doing this then I'll definitely get started.

In addition to Bals, you can consider Mediah (no egg) and Ody (uses wolf blood, but needs bracken) as well. But hunting & balenos meals are the meta right now, so you are doing good!

I prefer O'dyllita meals, especially since there is now an additional Bracken and Cooking Honey node in Mountain of Eternal Winter. I grow my own Delotia, so I only need 1 instead of 5 per meal. I'm 1175 Hunting mastery with TET Manos butcher knife, so getting Wolf Blood and Wolf Meat is easy in Narcion area in O'dylitta. I also like that it only takes 15 O'dyllita meal per Guru crate, versus 24 with Balenos meals. O'dyllita meals are really made for people who have invested in Hunting. For example, Delotia Pudding uses only Wolf or Rhino blood, and both can be found in same area around Narcion in O'dyllita.

I dont get these numbers plus almost 5 hours gathering = 15 hours = almost 4bil The fuck cooking is also not afk, you cook like for 3-6 mins and then you need to put ingredients in your inventory too cook again, so open bdo every 5ish miniutes maybe 10 or more with more inventory weight 11 hours cooking lets say opening bdo every 15 mins = 44 times per day every 15 min so you open the game 44 times ever 15min cant do other stuff which takes longer then 15 mins

Run around the planet, gather whole day... totally afk :) i am indeed doing around 3-5 billions in a day, and not even from cooking. But damn i will never tell you, guys, how i am doing this (lots of this guides are misleading, this i can tell 100%). What i will add, though, use your brains, just sit and think hard: "Hmm, how i can make money in this game". And try some of the method you, yourself, will come up with. At some point you will ether give up and start grinding/enchanting, or you will be patient and persistent enough and succeed. But do not expect "afk" million of billions. At best you will still have to gather for 2.5 hours in a day and craft for 2-3 hours too.

Since i wrote this post, 2 months ago, lots of things changed for the better for me. You see, i have a hobby, i am playing different MMO and looking for an easy and fast ways to earn money (in-game ones) there. Now i can do 300 mil in 5 minutes of effort. I can do 3-5 bil in 1-2 h. I can do 3 bil in one hour. Highly depends on luck and what exactly i am doing.
