I did it again. I sold my PVE gear to go ALL-IN to LIFE SKILL. This is the first time we are going all-in to lifeskilling and I hope to give it a genuine attempt. Here are my updates plus some bonus advice for people who want to get into life skilling as well. Hope this helps!

dont normally post on youtube but here goes, thanks for your videos on hunting they are great, while i follow ur method there, there is a set of 5 rocks in a half circle near the bridge in narcion, i normally do a few packs of rhinoes and then hit those rocks, they give me the rough stone i need and high end crate mats for mineral workshop while i hunt, ofc u drop amount of meat per hour but u gain not having to do different session at pilgrams, there is also alot of herbs in that same circle so when i do a quick mine run i also pick a line of herbs saving me going to bhr aswell

You should do some of the guarenteed jetina questline for the gear. At most get the concentrated crystals so you're not having to time gate yourself.

I feel you on that Fairy. I used the orbs to get max levels of everything I need as well. I just couldn't bring myself to spend money to randomly roll for a convenience system. They really need to change how fairy skills are acquired. I also go through cycles of grinding and lifeskilling. Right now I'm on a grind cycle thanks to the season and discovering that I REALLY love playing Hashashin.

They just need to make it where u can level up the fairy skills, regardless of what level u get (eg. Cheer I -> Cheer V) through a guaranteed upgrade system like feeding the fairy more Honey Wine or something that u can get in game.

Hey! Gotta quieck question... What wuold you say about combining lifeskills, like for example... gathering + hunting in the same alt (cause meat gathering) is it worth it or I´d be better gathering with the usual alt i already use (shai) for also cooking, procesing, alchemy? Maybe fishing goes alone aswell as farming and training...

once I finish up my jetina pen armors (almost done) I'm going to invest my gains into upgrading my lifeskill gear. only 4/6 tri manos accessories (other two are pen loggia), and upgrading a few tri clothes to tet. also still need the gathering and cooking lightstone sets. once I get all that done I'll probably work on my combat gear again.

Last 2-3 pieces of armour are best buying directly. Becomes more expensive via jetina. Just a heads up 👍🏻 or if you got good RNG enhance yourself (I did this for two pieces. Expensive 😝)

Since you do a lot of hunting, could also look into the Odyllita meals. Only meal I've been turning in since I moved down to O'draxxia, plenty of wolf blood and meat from hunting. Just gotta grow some onions/garlic and maybe some delotia if don't want to gather it yourself. Bracken is a bit of a pain to get, only real bottleneck.

@@imPansy Yeah the preorders for bracken are really slow and the nodes aren't too great but its nice for passive supply. I try to gather with manos clothes at tshira whenever the mobs are absent for node wars but usually miss it. Used to just throw on oasis gear w/ manos acc and just tank the tshira mobs while gathering but the rates kinda suck.

I use Odraxxia since I primarily hunt and most of the best hunting spots are near there. Since I can hunt red and lion meat around Odraxxia, i cook there as well. Eilton isn't bad if you focus on frost wolves.

Hi Pansy. I have 2 G50 cooks. You only “need” g46 780 from mastery 570 from accessories 25 khan heart 25 lightstone set 1400 mastery + clothes and temp buffs ie book of florin, cake, etc. I have a couple self made pen manos clothes. Over prepare, and expect the worst, its all pain until that one time it actually goes. I dont think I heard you mention Resplendent or better alch stone. Will you try for that? Same but after a while I realized I play BDO for fun combat that other MMOs could not offer. I have fun grinding not afking/spamming r/hunting. I'm not treating it like a part time job that I have to play or be online all the time to get some gain. I'm perfectly fine with playing one or two days a week. Agris that recharged up over the week allow me to make like 700-800mil/hr at centuar/upper gyfin.

Doing that increases the amount of trade exp you get but money received is same. Money only scales with cooking mastery

I do 1.5B per hour of gathering making Valencia meals. Best money in the game. 2k Gathering mastery, 1865 cooking mastery (1965 with buffs). The money is so chill and easy.

I’m getting back into bdo and I have to completely restart I never knew about the transfer until it was to late with that said tho I was curious if anyone else had ever received so much silver out of mail when you would get back on through the family inheritance thing I mean I was rich I barely had played the game I had the highest tier horse armor and weapons money could buy. You should be able to move most things. I left the center of the screen relatively free of UI so I can do zoomed in shots when needed

when i used to powerplay lifeskill in BDO back then, processing milk to cheese/cream or cream to butter was the most effective way of processing through the night due to the low weight of the materials (which allows you to run nearly infinite long even on high processing level with high multiplicator per process) . Of course milk back then was hard to get and i am sure it is still right? That's why i used to cook the whole workday in bdo (work from home) to trade the biproduct for milk. Of course i would suggest to go for 400CP first

@@danielorosco78 I sold tri fallen God all caphras c10 everything my dandelion at pen leebers at pen 2 distos pen crescent tet debo belt and I still was losing money by the day making Valencia meals. I honestly got everything but bartering and sailing guru then literally nothing was making more money than it actually costs to do. The state of bdo literally disgusted me with the current state of console I un installed the game and have my series x listed on market place. I was looking forward to streaming but PA just raked me across the coals one too many times. There's either favoritism something for sure corrupt is going on for console. I wish I quit a long time ago and went to pc. Over 39k real cash I spent on the game with less gear than people who don't even have a tent who started 6 months ago. Anyhow pansy the unicorn will definitely help leveling up trading even if you just fish and ride across to turn in. I'd sell it all though man scoop pen manos hunters and gathering and cooking clothes.

I'm going to give a spoiler. You don't need to play everyday. You will notice the gains made on lifeskills + the mats are going to be less than somebody that rests all week until agris refills and just casually grinds for some time until they finish. Better mental health and enjoyment man. People forget about life. Just wait. You are not going to die for not playing for 6 or 5 days. Btw, grinding is way way more profitable than lifeskills. rn btw. There was a time for sea hunting and lifeskills. Now is another currency. Hope u the best. Good luck.

Fishing is the way to go if anyone wants to start life skills with little investment. AFK fishing in grana brings in some good silver a night, then switching over to hotspot fishing is also not bad money.

i dont enjoy the dinasty warriors grinding, lifeskilling lacks interactivity, in resume, BDO no no for me, the activities dont vary, are monotonous, repetitive, hope you preserve the love and fun but me, after only 200 hours, i literally banged my head many times of boredom, literally falling sleep, i lost it, i miss my characters but, to join and get bored again...

Made the mistake of buying into the Dragonflight hype and what a huge disappointment as Crafting is the worst in any MMO, even the dragon flying is terribly bad as you only have one speed unless you are flying up a canyon and you can't make it to the top. So that is why I am now playing BDO as the crafting is tedious but way better than Wow crafting. It only took one week to finish the MLQ and the end game is grinding rep. Forget about dungeons and World of Waiting raids. Have never even done a mythic as I refuse to climb that ladder of grear chasing the Uber best item that takes 100 attempts at the same boring dungoen. I like gathering and fishing. Hunting I will tolerate.
