Indjic is known for Benoni defense as Black. He plays it always against 1.d4. While here he opened like he is going to play something else (Nf6, e6), but on the third move Indjic opted for c5, inteding to transpose to the old-good Benoni (again), and that's why Dubov smiled. It was like Indjic is about to play something other then Benoni, but actually did not.

and to add he should have played c5 main line Benoni so Dubov couldn't avoid. He did same against Arjun, so why afraid of Nc3

At 7:54 Inđić just has 5 seconds left on his clock, against 1 minute and 35 seconds for Dubov, yet he survives it well. At 11:39 he has 13 seconds, and Dubov just 4. Unfortunately he then blunders his queen, by playing Nxc3. The correct move was Qxc3.
