The intro to this video, even though it is silent, spoke a 1000 words (fabulous)! It gave you exactly what you wanted it to do! NYC is the melting pot of people and style. Nobody does it better on the East Coast and I am from Delaware! If what you are doing now was available in the 60's, 70's, and 80's, you would have been floored. To see the vintage pieces you buy/see in the stores or in the designers museums, live and in color on a person was breathtaking! When they say fashion comes back around, it does! I am glad that I have lived to see it. I have a saying. If you are born into style, you will die with style. The older gentleman in this video you previously interviewed, exemplified that statement( I did remember him from the previous video). PLEASE don't stop making these videos, even if I am the only one that watches them(I highly doubt that)!

My top find this year was at a secondhand shop here in Nova Scotia. A vintage long wrap camel coat with real fur collar. It is gorgeous. I can't wait to wear it. Second fav is a vintage fringe suede jacket for my son, who is a musician. Looks amazing on him. I wonder what my future 2023 fav finds will be!

All these finds are so dreamy, I love the Prada puffer. Our winters last forevver so I love the concept of a warm puffer blazer to break up all the sportiness of winterwear. Inspired and hunting for mini bags. The boots uggh. So good. I got married this year and I needed a good creamy white boot with a white sole to match. I got the Steve Madden Calabria Ankle boot on Amazon and it was perfect! Fits like a glove and I wear them all the time. Good for winter.

Top find for 2022 is a hard one. I'm just starting out on this journey because I never had time and money to concern myself with fashion. I bought like crazy in 2020 during the pandemic (my top pick was a vince satin slip dress). In 2021, my goal was to fill out my wardrobe. Best buy was these cool frame pants (carpernter style pockets but professional work fashion). For 2022, when you did that video about "buy outside your comfort zone" I',m not there. I'm at "How to go up a step once you've figured out your style video?" I want to buy more epxensive in my style so that became my theme for 2022. That means fewer purchases no mistakes. I bought a Rag & Bone Blazer like your Jaquesmus one that is my best buy of 2022. I wanted a brown sweater and freepeople delivered, so great I bought another. I'm loving brown, black and white--how Dior decorated his apartment lol. For 2023, I'm next looking at LV and/or Burberry crossbody bag to stay with the color scheme I have come to love. Also for 2023, silk/satin is a huge trend. Looked at the frame satin pants you recommended. I want simple top, wide or narrow leg. Just found some I love but $800 and dry clean only and I don't go out enough at night to need a wardrobe for that purpose. Thanks for sharing, enjoyed your content this year, and Happy Holidays!

My best buys this year are: a Veronica Beard checked wool suit, Dries Van Noten chiffon cocktail dress, cowboy boots from an equestrian shop (can’t take off!) Hi Karen, just love the long coat! Two best buys for me this year were from charity shops. I found a fabulous long straight black Yves St Laurant skirt in mint condition (1970's I would say) and a Norma Kamali black fitted jacket with shoulder pads and nipped in waist 80's I think. Both in amazing condition and fit like a glove. So lucky to find them and both under £20 each! Hope you have a lovely surprise trip and hope the weather doesn't affect it! Have a wonderful Chistmas!
