Actually love Sara. When the camera zooms in to her face. You say wow this is a beautiful woman. She is like a mother figure with a loving heart made of Gold. She is definitely a mother dragon. And Tej - He is a cool customer 007.

I found the part about patents particularly interesting, I didn't know it worked like that! My question would be about what makes a good pitch - if you were going on Dragon's Den as a contestant, how would you present your business and what mistakes would you be keen to avoid?

I guess that's the main reason Jenny "opts out" because she assesses the entrepreneur pitching and concludes that "it's going to be impossible to work with this guy/lady... I can't see us being good team players!"

Hi Tej Sir, You two are my favourites too, you guys are the best on the show, I love how you have always been providing elegant yet authentic feedbacks in few words towards all the entrepreneurs who missed both of you for investment. Thanks a lot for such a detailed Q&A and also for keeping it simple without any music. 🙏 I have few questions sir: 1) I sometimes get ideas but what really bothers me is that, how much can it cost for patenting? say, for anything like that of 'Foam Aroma' (coffee lid with 2 holes pitch on Dragons' Den) for example. (PS: you guys were not there in that episode, i am sure you were busy during that time with other personal/professional/business work) 2) Do i need a working prototype (1 unit manufactured for onetime patenting) to file a patent? and what are the steps/sources for patenting? where do we start? Please let us know online source where I can get started patenting. Finnally, Thanks a lot for sharing immense knowledge.🙏🏽🙏🏽

Watching loads of Dragons Den episodes, this is my take on it: The idea/product is often secondary. Most important is the person having it. Two people might have the same idea, but the one of them who has, what we say in Norwegian: "Gjennomføringsevne" (Ability to make it happen), is the one who's gonna make it. Of course not in all cases, but of what Ive seen of the Dragon, that is the skill you need to have to make it big. Many of the ideas Ive seen on the Dragon ... Sauces, toys etc. In themselves not exceptional ideas - Its the ability to "just do it" that is the major component. Just think about it: How many of you would takes massive steps to produce a sauce or one toy? Lelvani is my favorite Dragon BTW. Peter is skilled, but comes across a tad cocky. And man! All those people who are accepting offers from Peter who are asking for twice the percentage. I can't believe it! You're selling yourselves short! Thinking of it, Ill add in a question myself: Like I said in the comment about "ability to make it happen" ... I myself lack that ability a little bit. I have many good ideas, Im smart and did good in school. Any ideas on how to get more of that ability to make things happen?

I understand this is not a business-related question - I am wondering if anyone could give me some advice on getting my foot through the door in gaining employment? I was born with a cerebral cyst and when I was advised to mention this on the application forms and indeed in the interviews itself for the last 14 years by the jobcentre and by job coaches. but I seem to get knocked back every time because of insurance purposes. I think it's discrimination but there are many loopholes now that employers can exploit the disability laws as they see fit. Besides heavy lifting, I am perfectly able to work on my own or as part of a team in a work environment. I've only had temporary jobs ( agency mostly ) since I left college and they were only two/three a week. At the moment, I am on UC and doing voluntary work just to prove that I am capable of doing a job. What advice can anyone give me not just to help back into work but also allow me to get a sense of pride back into myself with a job, so I don't feel like I am not scouring of the taxpayers? Thank you for taking the time to read my message.

How is it going sir ?
@stevenwilcox86313 жыл бұрын
@@farmingbydrone9870 With current lockdown restrictions in place. A lot of employers are withdrawing vacancies from online job sites. The only jobs available in the area I live in are managerial positions that I am not qualified to apply for. To answer your question, not very well, but I am still optimistic that things will change for the better soon.

Thanks for sharing Tej and Sara. Are you interested in licensing agreements with profitable, issued and valid US patented pet cat toy and with an EU Registered Community Trademark)? I paid about €2500euros for my US patent from a US patent attorney. EU Community Trademark cost me about €1000 - including lawyers fees from a Belgian EU Intellectual Property law office.
