I literally stop the video to like it !. I stop it just because i realize its the first time i see someone doing this in a podcast format , the idea of changing places during the podcast and in that way !. I dont think is the better idea for the rythm of the conv but i fully respect just to actually try new ways ! . Respect for the innovation!. KZbin need more people trying new ways

Super excited to see this edit live! I have both worked with and been coached by Erdi and Tom. They are extremely observant and caring with their work & research. This podcast is very genuine of them and full of valuable experiences and content. P.s Well done for uploading in 4k Tom 😂

I really enjoyed this video! It's so nice to see two of favorite movement coaches chatting. Currently dealing with whiplash from an accident that happened last November. I opened YT to try and take away some of the fear that has recently made me cease training. I pushed myself to qualify for the World championships, I made incredible progress everyone was shocked. I didn't qualify because my dip form broke down. I haven't trained in a month. Calisthenics sets my heart on fire. Although I do have tightness and discomfort I believe at least 40-50% of it is mental. Thank you for always putting out quality advice, no frills, no bs. I messaged my coach today and simply told the truth, thank you for lessening the fear.

Thank you for the kind words. The mental approach to pain and injuries is always an interesting one but through movement we can build confidence and get back on the horse

Hello from lovely Leamington Spa and thank you for this wonderful conversation. I'd like to say that at first I disagreed with Erdi on minute 40:30 in relation to removing first and adding later. I still feel that learning what to add first is more important than removing waste. The body can remove waste, but it cannot build essential amino acids, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. Adding real food feels to me more important than removing the waste, but in the end, both must be done for a healthy body, mind, and a good experience being alive. However, while writing the first version of the comment, I realised removing can work well as a first step too. Removing everything, so fasting for one full day and one night, so 32 hours, always made me appreciate food and resensitise my taste buds, my smell. I would always appreciate good and nutritious food way more after not eating anything for a day. So in that case I agree with Erdi, but I still think it's important to have a plan and know what you're going to eat. Also, we need to bring cooking back.. but in the modern western lifestyle people are often too tired and lethargic after a day's desk work to make the choice to cook real food.

Hey Tom, awesome video as always! I'm sorry if this is kinda off topic, but is your "bodyweight basics" program in any way related to your Trybe app programs? Is the program in the app, or should I buy it separately? Thanks!

That one is making its way to the app very soon! Currently it’s not available otherwise 👍

Hey Tom, I was wondering if you could clarify the use of red light (650nm) vs infrared (830nm) and if you should apply to balls or the affected tissue? Which panel do you use? Thank You

Both are good. Almost half of sunlight is made up of that spectrum so getting that is the priority. Bon charge are a good brand I use: bit.ly/47Pnb7s

Probably super dumb question, Tom, but who are your videos aimed at? Are all your follow along exercises for those with a disability or recovering from a chronic illness or injury?

I would say a mixture of general population and people specifically focused on Bodyweight, handstands etc. I would recommend starting with beginner routines and doing what you can, something is better than nothing 👍

I think you’re confusing old with bad. Many of the best training principles are decades old but the effectiveness is what matters. Knowing is nice but doing is what matters
