Ask yourself what is the reason.. for example in school and college teachers used to ask us questions and we used to get panic as we didn't learn.. that panicking was due to fear of getting punishment.. another example when we meet our crush or someone we like.. we panic because we are scared so that we don't make a blunder before them and our impression will be bad.. simple it's fear or excitement .. and these are thoughts.. ask yourself what is going in your mind when you see that person nd get panic
