What Makes A Motorcycle Great? - My Opinion

Sales numbers, HP numbers, popularity don’t make a bike great. What does however is how it makes you feel! That’s the subject of this video.

I’ve always test driven my new motorcycle at least 5 miles before buying.. I had a 2009 Yamaha Vino 125 which I loved the way it rode and handled but I felt I wanted something faster. I test drove. a Honda Reflex 250 cc which looked cool and drove smoothly.. But the downfall of this scoter to me was seating position and height of my hips when riding a short period of time. I was getting cramps in my legs. This was a no go for me until I sat on my new 2022 Honda ADV 150 while on its centerstand. My hips and legs felt great like I was sitting on a park bench. Test drove ,bought,and never looked back. One of the most comfortable scooters I’ve ever rode. 👍❤️

As a kid in the late 70's early 80's I wanted a Monkey. Couldn't get one than but I got one now. It's the most fun you can have on two's

Yes, I think you’re absolutely right, I don’t care what other people think about what I ride. My MT 03 is the latest after a long line of much larger and faster bikes but I’m enjoying it more than any of those. It’s very manageable and just a pleasure to ride.

My life long bike is my 2001 Kawasaki ZRX1200r. I've been riding it for 16 years. I also don't care for crotch rockets but I do love twisty roads 😊

I'm 58 just started riding a couple of years ago. First bought a Vulcan 900 Classic, then a Monkey, then an 883. Still have them all. I agree with what you had to say on this video and on the older rider video. Thanks.

Thanks for the video. I agree with everything you said. All of it. A bike is as personal as a pocket knife. A great bike is the one you're happy to ride. Old, new, sport or cruiser. Don't matter. :) There is a big difference between talking about a great bike and owning YOUR great bike. Ride safe.

I've enjoyed every bike I've ridden. Never rode a bike I just hated. Two wheels are just enjoyable to me, so far. I've owned 3 bikes so far in my short bike journey, vulcan 650 s, svartpilen 701, moto guzzi v7 850 stone and love riding each one and still own all of them. They all feel good to me. Different and unique but all enjoyable.

The bike is right for you depending on a lot of different factors, but one that is very easy to find is about the pleasure of riding that specific machine. You like the looks, the way you feel inside the bike, so those are very significant factors that enable you to know that a bike is the bike for you. If it is giving you large amounts of pleasure, so that is the bike for you. With me,I confess, to have a big problem, I like a bunch of them! 😂😂😂

I purchased my 03 Honda Silverwing 3 years ago from a dealership at a terrific price with only 4,700 miles. It's a solid commuter on the freeway, and since it has a CVT, is automatic, flickable and nimble and a blast to ride. I have gotten quite a few compliments on it's looks (Candy Glory Red) and it's the best motorcycle I have owned. I have rolled a shopping cart with three bags of groceries to the bike and people have commented "where are you going to put all that" and they have been amazed when I get it all in! It's sad that manufacturers of the newer scoots are attempting to design them to look like sport bikes and sacrifice the stowage, which is one of the best selling points of a scooter's utility.

The xmax, and honda 350 adv have good storage space. I added a 35ltr aluminum top box. Their great, but yours has much more power!
