I am honored by your praise! The 2024 has been released and we've also released a 200 gram cha tou brick that's the same blend as the 2024 Ba Wang. It's the cha tou which were separated from the same wet pile batches as those that make up the Ba Wang. 9 in total.

I picked up a stack of the W2T Civilian minis a couple months ago. I wasn't really reading too deeply into it, I just wanted some shou minis for travel, and I was really taken by surprise by how interesting and satisfying it was. I'm not even in a shou drinking phase at the moment, but I think I still could believe that something like the W2T 2023 Reading Room might actually be "worth it" for the very high price tag that rivals my most expensive sheng. Bawang is definitely on the list now along with the W2T Civilian.

How big is your blue pot? I'm currently looking for a pot for more casual brewing but I can't really decide how much ml I want. Have you tried the 2024 YS Cozy ripe? It's my favourite ripe from YS at the moment!

Yeah I recently worked through a sample of Cozy. Pretty good ripe I'd say! The pot is I believe around 185ml.

The word ‘genious’ is typically a word that is so bandied about in a careless,lazy way. Scott is,in the PROPER use of the word,a genious. He really knows his tea,he speaks to it,I suspect! Actually,let me call him a Maestro. That’s better,as ‘genious’ has lost its impact,through overuse/misuse.
