You have production, you have actual good content and good material (picking semi-niche titles most of the times, not the same titles that EVERYONE else is talking about / has already talked about). Sega seems to be bringing a lot of IPs with streets of rage 4, Banana mania and the house of the dead remake hopefully Sega can bring this series back. Even though some of the other series were sold to different companies. Which imo seems like a bad move
