The simple act of thanking someone for being there never fails to surprise me. At the doctor the other day, the office worker was obviously unhappy. No eye contact. Finally, when all the paperwork was done, I looked at her (she had still not looked at me yet) and said, "Thanks for being here." She IMMEDIATELY looked at me and smiled and said thanks. Many people are lonely. These simple human connections matter, especially when everyone's tied to a keyboard.

I do this almost naturally! And you can really see how people open themselves up to you if you really pay attention to them and do these things, people starve for this sorta of attention, and when you give to them they jump on it, only feasting on that feeling without reciprocating. Unfortunately, this is a one way avenue, since no one has never done it to me! Honestly it just makes you tired, you can be what people need, but never can find one to be or do anything of that sort for you. 😂

I make and sell handmade pottery. And this is one of the principles that I use to sell my work. Because when you’re selling your art it’s a little bit about me and what I do. But it’s also about making someone feel really good about themselves and making them feel important. So when they take their pottery home and start using it, they are left with those good vibes and therefore are a very happy customer that will return. It also helps that I make amazing masterful pottery 😂

The best conversation I had in years was with a stripper a few months ago at a birthday. I was hanging back at the bar, and she correctly detected I wasn't super into the party atmosphere so she chatted me up instead. I knew exactly what she was doing, it was a basic ass sales 101 F.O.R.D. conversation. I knew exactly what she was doing, but it worked flawlessly on me anyways. It was the only time anybody had asked me anything about me beyond "are you capable of performing the function I need you for?" in years.

If you make yourself a seducer your life changes completely. Funny how it is you think you don't manipulate or seduce. You're just a hypocrite and an offensive person because indeed, you think you're so raw you're better from seducers or people who listens. An antiseducer is a person who is so self-absorbed they think they don't belong or have any flaw of human nature, which is YOU 😂 And by the way, what Robert is saying is pretty complicated, we humans are so selfish it's hard to stay outside from ourselves and actually LISTEN the other person

Pay attention, this interview in order to study and detect your soul in order to mirror your needs, give you what matches you and make you feel you have fount your soulmate.... is exactly what malignant narcissists do in the very first seducing phase of love-bombing 🧐 How to know? Love bombing is very intense, toooo much, toooo "I AM YOU" and very fast. Another red flag: say "no", show indipendence and put boundaries.... you will see ill-concealed frustration or grudging insistence or anger, cause what they cannot stand is loosing control. Stay safe 😊 Best luck!

But no one's really been "taken with me" or acted seduced. If anything, it's made me more of a conversational door mat. I think there's a degree of charm or charisma or heck beauty that one must possess in addition to being outward focused that equates to Seduction.

Yeah I mean these are seduction techniques. That’s kinda how narcissistic people survive through seduction of unsuspecting people. Robert has said how he used to be the kind of guy that enjoyed the process of seducing women. Called a ‘rake’ but he grew out of it. I don’t think he argues that these are morally right things to do but just that it is ‘how you can do it if you wanted to.’ And how to spot it if somebody is doing it to you.

Before she left we had chance to share some personal conversation and during one of those she mentioned she is also doing her Ph.D which happened to be in a field I have an interest. I was so engrossed I keep asking about her Ph.d, her research, her achievements, talents etc and conversations was flowing water. Trust me my mind even stop registering she is attractive in that moment. When she left we exchange number saying she wants to call me up to check up on our friend recovery and I thought nothing but for her kind support. To my surprise that evening she called me up regarding my friend and she also gave me her another number saying she wants to meet up one day to continue our conversation over a coffee with a flirty text.

"Trying" to be interested as opposed to being interested in the same or similar subjects or ideals is a deal breaker ..because eventually trying is too hard to sustain . That is why meeting someone is better in a shared cultural setting . People always revert to who they were before they met ...so start with having similar tastes and ideals .

This is explained in the book. You seduce someone you know you can be their dream. It's impossible pretend to be someone you're not or you wouldn't like to be.
