i feel like jaime will set a great example for the younger guys and he can be a benchmark for a lot of these pipeline players to see how they line up next to a true piece of the heats rotation, not even necessarily in skill set but in mindset and work ethic too, all in all i think it’ll facilitate more growth from jjj and the people around him

Don't forget alondes Williams and Isaiah Stevens and zion pullin these players needs to see some PT I like what I'm seeing. Zion pullin got dhat Damien Lillard in em when it comes to his offensive game.

I really have never understood the interest in DeMar DeRozan or Tyus Jones, two ROLE PLAYERS with contracts far exceeding their actual worth. We have those kind of players in Duncan Robinson and Tyler Herro, who BOTH are familiar with Miami's system and players. It's like people really look at any Free Agent as if they're the GOAT. Running it back UNLESS you're able to land a true SUPERSTAR who can easily put the Heat over the hump is the ONLY thing to do. Trading for fucking role players is stupid. And I don't care what anyone says, DeMar DeRozan, at this point, is a ROLE player, not a SUPERSTAR!

Miami should hit the reset button... Trade Jimmy, Hero, and Rozier.. Accumulate some good really assets.. Develop those young guys, 2 years from now, trade for real star Guard to play with Bam, Jaime, Jovic and Kel'el Ware.. Anthony Edwards, Booker or someone in that caliber player...
