It's funny that you mention status effects and awakenings at the end of the video, as Elizabeth *also* is one of the best characters to showcase *those* mechanics. I hadn't thought of her as a "P4A showcase character" but now that you mention it, she takes system mechanics and resources to a whole 'nother level of focus. Her meter gain, too. Really standout stuff.

I've been playing Ultimax since it first came out, mostly casually, but fell off it for a while until it came back out and got into Elizabeth. Not only was this entertaining but it kinda probably accidentally taught me about the usefulness of Maragidyne in combos

Never played this game before, but this feels like it'd open up a world of new zoning options. I've heard this is a combo-heavy game, but I'd like to challenge that when it comes out.

There are a few characters who do their Personas, and it's pretty cool when they do! And yeah, the game is relatively combo heavy(Elizabeth especially), but nothing too unfamiliar from what you'd see from most other anime fighters!

Combos Depends on the character. Kanji sorta lands 3 big hits, junpei combos you to hell Yukari just wants to shoot you, naoto flips between the last two depending on how things are going and akihiko keeps putting you in situations where he sucker punches you and keeps you on your toes. Point is the cast all are unique without feeling over designed. You don’t need to worry about anything like that because the games a wide spectrum for how you go about beating up children.
