The Zala Lancet drone, a type of unmanned aerial vehicle developed by ZALA Aero Group, a subsidiary of Russian arms company Kalashnikov Concern, is classified as a loitering munition or reconnaissance drone. It is a highly effective weapon against armored vehicles, tanks, and artillery systems, making it a crucial tool in modern warfare. The drone entered service in 2019 and was designed as a high-performance surveillance and reconnaissance platform equipped with advanced sensors and imaging technology. It can perform a wide range of tasks, from mapping and surveying to intelligence gathering and target tracking. During the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the drone has been frequently used by the Russian military. Recently, it was reported that a US air defense system designed to protect UAVs was destroyed by a Lancet drone near Vodianoe city through the use of Lancet ammunition.

У ланцета дальность 50 км потолок 3 км и максимальная скорость 300 км/ч . сравнил йух с пальцем. так что давай вперед попробуй подойти к арте, которая бьёт на 20+ км, и сидеть минут пять на месте пока твой дрон долетит. If i was a Ukrainian artillery, air defense, or radar operator, i would be terrified of the lancet. It's fast, cheap, hard to shoot down, and packs a punch. Like we've seen a lancet take out an air defense system designed to destroy drone sized/type targets (avenger). I personally believe the lancet is one of the best performing pieces of equipment in ukraine

@@axe-l3318 естественно он поражает заброневое пространство, тем более легкобронирлованной САУ. Просто снаружи быть рядом с таким взрывом это гарантированно смерть. А если он в броне, да и еще например сидит удаленно от места соприкасания боеприпаса с броней, то есть шансы. Например на месте мехвода если снаряд попадает в башню и не происходит детонация внутри

@@unnamed6595 я человек гражданский и могу ошибаться, но не факт, что внутри коробки лучше быть. Если ты сверху - есть шанс, что тебя скинет с брони, поломает, контузит, но возможно и выживешь. А вот внутри - не факт: принцип действия БЧ "Ланцета", как я понимаю, не кумулятивный, а фугасный. Внутри коробки (что в башне, что у мехвода) множество всяких мелких железок, которые взрывной волной срубает и они там рикошетят от стенок, превращая сидящих внутри в фарш. Читал мемуары советских военнослужащих о войне в Афганистане, они предпочитали не внутри бронетехники перемещаться, а на броне, как раз из тех соображений, что при наезде на мину тем, кто внутри - точно капец, тем, кто снаружи - как повезет, если со стороны, где мина - сразу в Вальгаллу, если с противоположной - слетаешь как птичка в кусты с контузией.
