If it's an ETA 2824-2 clone then it should be dead easy to regulate. Literally turn a tiny screw, one way or t'other. I haven't any experience of the Sea-gull, but plenty of the ETA 2824-2 & SW200 they all run at +/- 2 maybe 3 SPD with the best being +/- •5 secs per day (that's as good as my Quartz Seiko Tuna ffs!) Seestern makes decent watches, I've had their Doxa homages for a few years now. This one has that classic look, beautiful with top notch finishing.

I emailed them about the misaligned indices. They said its because of the font used and not misaligment issue

Hey, thanks for commenting! I sent the one featured in this video to a colleague and bought another one just before they sold out. (I wasn't aware there were so few units left.) The 12 is slightly more unaligned, nothing crazy, but compared to my S434V2, it's noticeable. The last one I had was about the same and could be more about the font. It really doesn't bother me at all, though, and I love it. By the way, this is my backup account. Please check out my main channel where I have more content and do giveaways, etc.

Glashütte is pronounced as two words /glass hutte/, not /glashute/. S435 is much better than the S434 indeed! The SeaQ is not persé an original watch. Glashütte was in the GDR, a place not renowned for technical prowess and originality of design. The Le Forban and Wolbrook skindivers from the 1960s share the same design language. The 1 in the 12 is ever so slightly misaligned (placed too high); here too.

I’ve noticed misalignments between the 1 and 2, and between the 1 and 0, in photos of the Glashutte as well. So when can I find a 435 and receive it, I’ll be paying attention to how it appears in this regard. If it isn’t too far off, I will keep it and enjoy it.!

Do you have any idea why they discontinued the 435? I can guess no one bought the 434 once the 435 came out, hence its continued availability. I’m just wondering if you would still recommend the 434 to me. I first saw your reviews of it this morning. (Was excited about it, then more excuited about the 435. Just looked forward r a black 435, a second choice to blue, but no luck on AE or Amazon. Any ideas? Thanks.
