The main problem that I have with your gueat, Mr Duhigg, is that he consistently falls into the same trap that other highly educated liberals also perpetrate- the assumption that everyone's intentions are humane. It's an unrealistic optimism that, frankly, are not in touch with reality. I'd love to live in a world where that was the case. truly. But that is not where the vast majority of people are coming from.
