When opposing teams know that Warriors are preparing during the halftime for a big 3rd quarter run and still can't be stopped. That's been happening for years during the Kerr era, whatever adjustments they're making in the halftime locker room is genius. It's just a matter of how much of a big 3rd quarter that the Warriors will build, in game 1 Warriors built 12 point lead heading into 4th, in game 2 Warriors built 23 point lead.
@psyclone13492 жыл бұрын
I think ur ryt. I think they change their offensive gameplan after the half to throw off the opponents cus when they think they figured them out the warriors come out with something different. Even throughout the regular season they were blowing out teams in the third and there has to be a reason other than 'mental preparation'.

Draymond just reminded his teammates that they are no push over. Boston has been pushing Warriors players out of their omfort zone less of bullying them physically and pshycologically. So Dray showed his teamates how to act accordingly, fight for your space and dont be a pushover. As you see in the game, when ever somebody puts a hand, an elbow or body on Drays, he pushed back saying “you cant do that on me!”. Hi fights back for his space more so taking the opposing players space instead !INTIMIDATION! When Dray initiates, and opposing players reacts or retaliates, he still fights back !INTIMIDATION!. Boston younger players was doing that in game 1 (Grant William using his heft to bully the ones his guarding, You cant do that this time to me! reacts Draymond, he did that twice, thant Grant stopped and vow to the Alpha!) And Warriors were the pushover, game 2 the “Alpha” retaliates and the pack followed! Draymond new his role! And now the young guys and 1st time Finals players took notice! Great Job!

Here's how i look at warriors vs celtics, in the last few years warriors beat lebron 3/4 times in the finals, and the celtics NEVER managed to get past lebron during that time. now this is only a few years ago, and what it demonstrates is that the warriors system knows how to get over that final hump, the celtics system does not. I cant call how many games it will take but the warriors will take the series.

The NBA needs to get rid of the 3 point shot. It is only a matter of time until players start taking 3 point shots in their own half. if the NBA says "you can score within your own half," then the player can just make sure that he is just inside the other half, before taking his shot. Shooting is just a matter of practice. If young children start practicing shooting from their own half, then over time, more and more players will be able to make those shots with good stats. When that happens, then the NBA will have to increase the length of the court or make stupid rules about where and when a player can take a shot. The best solution is to just get rid of the 3 point shot. It doesn't matter if you score a 80 yard TD or a 10 yard TD. A TD is a TD. The NBA needs to consider this. Don't turn NBA basketball into the Harlem Globetrotters, because that is the direction the game is taking.

Unlike the globetrotters teams can easily adjust to taking farther 3 pointers. There are also a very tiny amount people who will ever be able at one time to make over 35% of 3-pointers beyond 35 feet so it’s nothing wrong with the shot as of now.
@francmittelo67312 жыл бұрын
@@pandabear1576 "Unlike the globetrotters teams can easily adjust to taking farther 3 pointers." It is not about adjusting. It is about one day we have a player who can just get the ball and shoot it extremely well from his own half. The game will start to look RIDICULOUS.
