Olamide, i really admire your presenting style - very laid back, eloquent, yet very knowledgeable. Good job. As for the price tag, i'm glad to see i'm not the only one that thinks there's something amiss. Why would anyone, no matter how rich they are, spend a whopping N250M on a car, when for the same money (or even less) you could buy a nice duplex in Lekki Phase 1. Plus, as the car depreciates in value with time, the house's value can only go in one direction - up.
