Thank you for sharing this ❤Great question as always 👍Your videos are my reward now every time I accomplish a big task (the big ones take an hour and it feels like an eternity to get them done). I feel grounded meaning for me I don’t worry about anything when I sit on the bank of the river, that’s why I love to live in my car because I can drive to a parking lot in nature and stay there overnight.
