I feel that. I’ve had to push thru talking during my shut downs and some seizures which is also annoying lol once I shut down so hard I only could do sign language lol I also learned I have heds which seems to be connected to a lot of nuerodivergent ppl which is hypermobile joints. I use a cane a lot now

Have you tried tumeric work pepperine? The pepper helps it absorb in your body. I used to have knee pain and i ordered tumeric off amazon. I can tell you the brand of you are interested. I relate to your video.

@@paunesjourney Natures Nutrition with Bioprene from Amazon. I take 3 in the morning. Works great. I have arthritis on my knee. It only costs about $26 and lasts a long time
