I once asked hair stylist from Urban Company how much he earns and he said it’s around 50-60k per month and before this he used to work with Geetanjali salon at about same package. He was in his 20s and what you mentioned with other family members earning in his family, his family certainly was at par or above a government official earning 1 lac per month being the sole bead earner of the family.

my father is businessman in real estate but he always wanted me to work in MNC I am working from last 7 years in IT and now package is around 20 LPA ..I feel trapped now unable to quit because of comfort of the income also want to do business. Even I dont have any liability and also good rental yield. Leverage is the magic word. Say I buy a flat of 60 lakhs and take 45 lakh loan. Then my Leverage is 45 lakhs. 3 to 4 years down the line if the flat doublesor even goes up by 30 % in value. I would have made hefy net profit. That is what middle class is missing. Very well though of video.

Its okay when maids are humble and do their work and we also help them. But nowadays its bit frightening I agree. My maid works in 4 houses makes almost 18K and her husband has own car drives it and makes around 25K a month. She talks everyday about making paneer for her 4 kids, making a fresh veg with rice, dal for lunch as well as dinner. Buying them knick knacks clothing not less than 1200 Rs. Maid cannot start to imitate the lifestyle. If they dont stay in their station there will be no maid class in next 25-20 years. We need to build our assets to stay on top.
