Great video i was looking into this same topic so I ordered two books on life skill for my kids . I can completely relate with just doing everything this is something I’ve been working on . I love checklists they puts my mind at ease.

Interesting fact is I found your channel during Covid and your video on ur family experience with it was so moving to me because a lot of what you mentioned in that video were things I was struggling with . Ever since then I follow your channel . Your faith and motivating advice have really helped me through some difficult moments so I greatly appreciate your hard work in putting out content . ❤️ This message truly means so much!! That was such a hard time for so many of us. I am so thankful that it’s behind us. Wow! That was an emotional video. 😬 I am so blessed that God has placed so many of you in my life (even though it’s on social media, it’s a true connection.) Gosh they grow up so fast! How is she already in middle grade! I love the concept of teaching your kids all about how things around the house works and I think that it brings so much independence too so it's such a positive thing to pass on!

I think we get so wrapped up in teaching the core subjects that it eats up all of our energy, lol…. It’s never too late. 😊😉 I’m either under Simply Homeschool or Simplyhomeschool18 on Pinterest (not sure if there are spaces.) I should probably know these things. 🫣
