Girl, replace ur shaving cream with whatever conditioner you like. If you use pricy stuff in your hair that you’re not willing to waste this way, then buy a bottle of cheap conditioner for this specific purpose. A tiny bit goes a long way, you’ll have it forever. It’s much nicer on your skin and makes for a great slip for shaving. Shaving cream is such a scam.

@@timmer13 I used to be committed to shaving with shaving cream because I assumed you had to... 😒 But the problem is I couldn’t find one I really loved. It’s all just so damn drying, most all kinds of shaving cream leaves my skin feeling tight, if not outright dry looking. And I always used to cut myself, even if just one little dot of blood 😩 One day I was already in the shower and needed to shave but didn’t have any shaving cream. I’d heard you could use conditioner but hadn’t tried it for myself yet. That was the day I learned that conditioner is more slick and doesn’t leave my skin feeling like tight or dry! Instant convert! It’s smells great, it’s more hydrating and I never cut myself anymore because it’s more slick than shave cream. And it’s one less thing to have to buy and store! Win all around!

For shaving cream, I highly recommend Tree Hut's shaving gel! It doesn't foam up so it's easy to see the hairs and it leaves my skin SO smooth. A little also goes a long way. I got mine at Ulta. :)
