I dream incredibly lucid dreams. My best bud passed from a heroin overdose a thorn in his side he'd been battling for a long time. I now dream of him, I like to think he is visiting as I can smell his cologne and he always reassures me he's all good. Dreams of our passed away loved ones are so special. I dream about my grandfather occasionally since he passed. I've only had a few of them, and they're almost always at his house or in somewhere in public and I happen to see him. The last one I had a few weeks ago. I was at his house for Thanksgiving, and he started taking to me. He said that everything was fine and that he loved me, but that he's dead now. We walked around for a while, because we used to go everywhere around the neighbors and in the forest.

Had a buddy kill himself blamed myself for alot of years but he always comes to me in my dreams and we talk about life and every time I apologize and he just shrugs and says we cool It makes me wanna weep everytime I wake up

Man, I love watching your content, I grew up with my great grandmother who was born blind, it never stopped her from doing anything she wanted, riding a bike, driving a car (parking lot pimping), and she owned and ran her own vending company over 30 years! i've been having a few depressive episodes these past few months and hearing you describe how the world looks in your dreams makes me feel happy that i am living today to see the world perfectly. i couldn't imagine the struggles you face and i couldn't compare them to mine too. you're an inspiration man. i wish you don't have to be blind, i wish we should switch places where i'm blind and you're not. i don't deserve to be in this position and so do you in yours. everytime i open my windows in my room, walk out the door the atmosphere just seem so plain with a hint of the vignette filter. it doesn't seem that much exciting for me than how you describe it. i hate being me and i wish you never had to be blind.

My heart!!!!! The dreams about his late brother are so touching. Grief is different for everybody (with some common threads that are part of the human experience). I'm a sighted person, but since my dad died last year, anytime I have a dream with him in it, my conscious mind recognizes that he's dead and immediately I get stressed in the dream. My dream-self remembers he is gone too and thinks that I must be hallucinating or seeing his ghost. In the dreams I end up pointing it out to the other people in the dream (usually my mom or other family) that he's there, but only I can see him. And I tell them that I know it's impossible, but I still see him. I wish I could have dreams about him and just enjoy that he's there, like a memory. My brain feels like its overcompensating to make sure I realize he's gone, so I don't get too comfortable seeing him and then lose him all over again.
