There’s an online web developer course in my country (Australia) and it costs $7k, is it worth taking it?

I wouldn't pay that much for a course. If they do not have a money back guarantee in case you don't find a job with an x amount of time: don't do it.

@@jboy2787 well, a good starting point could be my introduction to web development fundamentals and then react course (you can find both here in KZbin). If you'd, besides frontend development, also like to get more info backend development, there's always free/paid courses available (however, never spend more than a few hundred dollars max.)
