Lindsey is an inspiration. 😅 Nice flip through. I used a Hobonichi Cousin in the beginning of the year, then, in the middle of the year I ended up in the a6 original and then, towards the end of the year, now I’m in the Weeks. 😂 Sometimes it takes a while to figure out which planner is going to work for you…along with the trackers that you add to it. Also, even though the Hobonichi Weeks is working for me now, my life may require me to change my planner again in the future and that’s ok. Your priorities may change as well, and require you to use a different planner or switch how you’re using your current planner.

Ok first off, you are hilarious! Second, it is awesome to see a REAL planner. Thank you for sharing. I have done my fair share of planner hopping this year, too. I have a 2023 Weeks but am not sure what to use it for (FOMO is a real thing apparently, ha!). I am settled on my Cousin for the year and use an A6 bullet journal to take with me to work (I really don't want to share my journaling in my Cousin with my co-workers 😅) so I am trying to figure out how to use the Weeks... I enjoy your videos!

Really happy you shared why you switched planners and also how you tried new things. I got out of the Hobonichi Weeks in May because horizontal planning is not my cup of tea. But I loved the size of the Weeks and had a few leather covers to my name. So I bought a great monthly planner insert (PaperPenguin) and vertical planner insert (6months-BookFellStudio) and put it in the Weeks’ clear cover then in my leather notebooks. Both of them in a Weeks size! I’m doing the same in 2023! You’re so organized! Congratulations!

I love Lindsey's ideas as well, she is truly an inspirational planner babe that I look forward to watching. BUT your video hits home for me because this is how my planner looks as well LOL. I plan functionally now and honestly yours look way better than mine in terms of appearance, i love my hobonichi weeks as my edc plannet, and slowly branched out to the B6 sterling ink planner, which I now only use for memory planning/journaling... HAHA. You also provided me with some insights as having a planner and what works for me. The trackers that you added to yours did not work for me, I'm not much of a tracker girl but for my menstrual cycle each month, I would have to track it in detail to help me take care of myself and prepare myself for the next month. The sticky note part is my favorite because I stick sticky notes in my planners like there's no tomorow LOL. Sticky notes galore. I feel like they add more character and more colors in my planner. haha. Thanks for a great video full of rawness when it comes to trial and errors of finding the right planner layouts to work for us.

I started my journal/bujo journey in a hobonichi weeks and then the following year I moved to a b5 thinking I'd have all this room to do art. Then I realized while I had room, I didn't have time so I moved to a TN set up half way through. I REALLY wanted the common planner for next year but the stars did not have it aligned for me, I guess. So I've set up my 'winter' booklet for next season for the TN (2023). I can't wait to see you use the common planner and how you organize your days. 💕✒️ I'm also terrible at keeping up with my trackers 🙈

I live in my Cousin. It has everything from appointments to journaling. Aside from my Cousin, I had a weeks for health and wellness and that just didn’t work for me so for 2023 I’m moving into an A6 Hobo. My weeks for 2023 is going to be just for meal planning and calorie counting. Sterling Ink’s common planner is going to be for a complete financial overhaul for debt reduction. So far it’s working amazing and I may be excited enough to do a flip through once it’s done. So many planners, so many sizes!!! Lol

No way?!?!? You’re referencing Avatar: The last Airbender characters as tarot cards?!?!? That’s so sickening!!! Azula would be good as a joker & Uncle Iroh could be like a wise sage or something! I would also use the Painted Lady from book 3, and Ozai (he could be death or ultimate evil) and reference the dragons from Book 3. Wow! So many ideas!!! I’m actually thinking of ideas for my own tarot deck too, but I’m keeping it more on a spiritual and symbolic side. Great job!!
