But fault happened during bifurcation as Hydebadad totally went to it due to foolish Sonia who divided the state only to win TG as it lost hope in AP. Any government at the center can't compensate such huge amounts practically as centre also in high debts due to investments in infrastructure at LAC, national highways and defence spending. AP is a premature baby delivered so it's growth is quite bumpy. It pains a lot for AP people. They lost Chennai completely to TN and Hyderabad to TG.

This is really alarming. States, especially those ruled by opposition, are ruing their economy by giving away freebies and loan waivers. These need to be stopped immediately, and fiscal prudence must be put in place. The situation in Karnataka is a prime example, and it looks like Telengana is going that way, too. This is where one must appreciate the central government, especially on fiscal discipline and the continued pressure by FM to all states to follow the same. Hope the states will at least try to do their part . I am sure people will be more interested in a sustainable living than a one dose booster of freebies, which in the long term will make them more sick.

to Shekar's final comment of not founding any promise of support to Bihar during its bifurcation in the Bifurcation documents, the division of Bihar and AP are not same. Unlike Bihar, the capital of united AP which generates 30-40% incomes to the state is in the breakaway part of the state. Knowing this Andhras were against state division and so to compensate the loss of income from Hyderabad to the residual Andhra Pradesh did the center gave those promises to new AP which has to build the necessary infrasturcture to run the government.

It's always that ONE person who can make or break things, quite visibly CBN proved time and again he is the maker and Jagan Reddy proved himself as the breaker ...... roaming freely despite 30+ cases in the SC. The DBT scheme was specifically aimed at YSRCP supporters, who were mostly Christians, Dalits and less muslims. But, they got it back in other forms. For example, 10k per yr for auto drivers was taken back in greater amounts by simply asking the traffic police to challan them for rule violations. All the auto drivers got fed up. Similarly, just like TMC in WB, people had to pay part of it to the local YSRCP leaders. In addition, free housing was a huge scam. In 5 years, not a single house has been completed and land pooling for that scheme is another huge scam. Most of the land for free housing was land grabs by local YSRCP leader and then sold to the government at inflated prices thus looting the exchequer. Then, they gave land patta to poor people and TOOK BACK THE pattas and since the rules allowed the beneficiaries to sell the land in 3 yrs, the land went back to the YSRCP leaders, who initially sold the land at very cheap rates because they had already taken back the land documents soon after the ceremony.

In continuation to my earlier reply, there are some more comments I have posted in general, not specific to your comment. Please go through them. You can even look up the news. For example, my town Nellore. Regarding land grabs, I have a farm and the farm across the road was taken by kakani when the brothers approached him for settlement. Tahsildars with access to online land records have simply changed the ownership to YSRCP leaders without the owner knowing it. It has happened in Nellore 3 times over [these are cases which are known and are in courts] You can come down and ask auto drivers BUT if you are asking a Christian Dalit or a muslim, you will NOT get an answer, NOT because they were not looted but because they were the ones who still support him. I WAS SHOCKED, when Jagan won in 2019, not because he shouldn't have won but because of the majority because the ground reality was not matching. BUT, during campaigning period, I have seen many TRS campaign vehicles parked in our hospital parking lot at night and understood. Jagan won with the help of BRS and BJP. 1000 temples vandalised in 2 yrs and BJP did nothing. Pastor Praveen Chakravarthy telecasts his ZOOM meeting on youtube and claims he personally converted 600 villages and made the converts destroy their own village shrines and people came to know about it 45 days later and case is filed BUT BJP remains quite. People have understood that now the state is bankrupt. People also understand that their are some people who would rather live as parasites and blame others for their personal issues rather than make a honest living. As far as Christianity or Communism is concerned, the people have now seen some of the worst governance based on those principles. Read everything if you don't know and verify. You don't need to believe just what I say.

1. Amaravathi capital area is located below the krishna river water level. If more water comes from nagarjuna sagar dam or rain and river bed breaks it will flood the area 2. The Amaravathi capital area sand is not suitable for high rise buildings . Even for small building 30 feet foundation with cement has to be done like present temperory secratriat construction . The cost is high for buildings 3. The Amaravathi capital area farmers are more kamma caste ( oc agriculture caste of chandrababu naidu) who are supporters of Telugu desam party. Out of 33000 acres by 23000 farmers, there are about 4000 kamma farmers given 18000 acres to land pooling. The farmers gave land for landpooling not for landacquisition means for each acre they get 1/4 developed land back ( with road, power etc by govt money) and will get annuity of 50000 per acre per year for 10 years and no capital gain tax in case they sell land. The 1 lakh farm laborers lost their farm jobs and left for job search and these laborers are getting paid 2500 per month for 10 years. 4. Before annoucement TDP party men purchased land in the benami names of white ration card holders ( BPL) . All these BPL owners are going to be jailed per modi's benami act . 5. Some of the TDP leaders and party men purchased land of sc/st land from sc/st for cheap price and they issued a GO allowing the sc/st land for land pooling ( sc/st land is not for sale not allowed per supreme court) 6. Till now andhra pradesh govt not given capital notification GO or gazetter notification because per state reorganization act of ap hyderabad is common capital for 10 years. Till 2024 all capitals of ap are temperory ( legally) and all govt documents go has capital as hyderabad and temperory capital address as amaravathi interim complex. 7. Per landpool agreement chandrababu naidu has to give developed land to farmers by 2016 which he is not able to do due to finance issues . 8. Ap govt is using the coin of 3 capitals just to avoid the legal issues will be filed by capital change by the chandrababu naidu.

What is the issue here for you? so govt has to take land forcibly from farmers using land acquisition act, thing you dont know is after the new land acquisiton policy, the cost of acquisitions has increased alot and so is the reason of AP govt going with land pooling option, which I would say is the best to follow always so the the land owners become partners in the project and never feel their lands were snatched. 4. Simple a baseless allegation.The YCP govt alleged this before coming to govt and could not prove this in their 5 year rule, so this is a baseless allegation. None of those that sold before the capital was declared so far complained that there is an increase in land sale activity before Amaravati was declared capital and they were misleaded. 5. baseles allegation, no one came forward in these 10 years that they were cheated and YCP govt in 5 years could not prove anything. 6. This is a mere technical thing, common man will not be impacted by what city name was listed as capital on some document as ultimated they go to the place where the secretariat is located and by default will be the capital too. 7. ok, so what is the solution? when land owners who are to complain on this are ready to work with govt on such issue, what is the problem for you? 8. ok, so what is the problem?. There can be 100 city names on so and so documents as capitals, but ultimately all the government activity like in every country or state around the world will be run from one city and that will be the capital and rest all are just waste of ink.

While Modi and KCR built a building, CBN is building a city which is not same, use google maps and look at few planned cities of the world and the chaotic cities of India including Hyderabad. For constructing building itself it will take 6 months of planning and here it is a city where they have to pool the land and get the planning for the city layout with roads, drainage etc everything so that you don’t have to look back into past in regret of missing something. The current buildings from where AP government is running, high court and assembly buildings are permanent and they are’n’t small, and they are not going to demolish them, just use them for another purpose once the final buildings are completed.
