About them stating conversations never happened, it's one of those lies they do all the time. They love playing games and watching the chaos and confusion they see they create. If you don't buy the lie they will keep chipping away at it. When you get close the craziness begins. It is indeed so confusing, particularly if you've been in a more surface level relationship for a long period of time and suddenly these what seem out of character behaviors ( for what you've seen) begin to show up. CONFUSION is the exact word.

I know the double binds are because they enjoy the power of being able to make you feel bad. My own mother did this to me. She would actually rewrite history and convince herself that I "never" did this or that, or "always" did, and exploited my trust regularly, all while shoring herself up behind my back for the sake of "support" by portraying me as bad. Gang stalking is the most inconceivably evil thing any group of people never abused this way could ever do to justify their own hateful hearts. My life has been wasted while an increasingly narcissistic society has justified harming me, robbing me, and engaging in covert torture in order to psychologically maim me and others this heinously evil crime is done to.

Hey man, I'm currently going through the same thing accept it was my father also he had cancer. My sister is also a narcissist and she uses social media to spread lies about me. She also told everyone that I treated my mother like shit.

Everything single thing you described to a T. Your channel is by far the most detailed in terms of the insidious nature. Being tuned in to someone you loved who has NPD is indeed a sucker punch. The 1st mistake I made was trying to stick around to figure out what was happening. I will never ever hold space for anyone with disrespectful tendencies. I don’t care whether it’s a psychological condition or not, I have zero tolerance for any sign of disrespect. If I marry him today and he turns into a monster the next day, I will get an annulment. No point in subjecting myself to evil.

Everything is spot on except for when you brought up that if I'm messy and don't care she would probably leave me alone? No she is hyper critical of everything to do with cleaning up and which towels are used for what and whether you use a plate or a bowl for a sandwich??? It doesn't matter at all to anyone else?!! Rage. Yup, this person was great , just like your singing incident . he asked me to hand him the bottle opener. I hand the hand held can opener with bottle opener all in one. 'Not a f"ing bottle opener's he screams at me. All night this went on. Or I didn't break up the tuna good enough when making tuna helper. Been 20yrs ago, honestly, I believe I still hate this person, . In my defence on that, he at 64 still spreading lies about me. Newest is I am having sex with his 42yr old daughter"s husband. Yes, but the problem is that change is very difficult AND most narcissists don’t WANT to change. Imagine that you have a friend trying to convince you to learn Chinese (I’m assuming you don’t know Chinese) to fluency and imagine that you HATE studying foreign language and you also don’t see any reason that you should need to do it, even though your friend really really thinks you should. What are the chances that you are actually going to learn Chinese? It’s possible, but it’s just not going to happen.
