What Needs To Be Done To Start This Engine, 1984 Evinrude 65hp, It's the 1st time in 20yrs

In the first video I removed some rotted wood flooring and looked over the boat I purchased for $1,900. In this video I added a new battery and turned over the engine for the first time in 20 years. I've looked over the engine and determined it's a keeper and just needs a little TLC. Be safe and be blessed. :-)

Can't confirm without knowing the model number, but that looks like a 1984 70 or 75 HP Evinrude. Evinrude did not make a 65hp in that year nor did they make a 3cyl 65. Cheers.
